Wedding albums hold tremendous emotional value. They capture precious moments, such as the exchange of vows, the first dance, and interactions with loved ones. As an heirloom, the album becomes a tangible source of those emotions and memories, offering comfort and a way to relive cherished moments.
The Process
Decisions
You will begin with process by making a few decisions, such as size, amount of spreads, and thickness of the pages. Additionally, you will decide on a color for the album and font for your debossing on the cover. You will receive a questionnaire to make all these selections.
Photographer Designs
Your photographer will now take this off your mind and your hands. With her special team, we will work to design your heirloom by hand picking photos that best tell the story of your day.
Turnaround Time:
- Initial designs - Less than 7 business days after we’ve received your order form, deposit, and images
Three Rounds of revisions
Once the initial design process is complete, you will have up to three rounds of revisions included in your price.
Turnaround Time:
- Revision requests - 4 business days after we’ve received the comments and any additional images or clarifications needed
- Final file delivery - 3 business day after the album has been approved and the final balance has been paid
Any additional revisions will be an additional fee per request.
Delivery
After you've finished the design process, your Heirloom Album will ship within 30 business days of placing your printing order (outside of December holiday season; business days are M-Th). I will have the album shipped to me first, so that I can hand inspect the quality. At this point, I will package up your heirloom and ship it to you.
For an additional rush fee, we can guarantee the album will ship within 15 business days.

What's the difference between thin and thick pages?
Thin pages are approximately 0.8mm and thick pages are approximately 1.8mm. Thin pages do have some bend to them, but are not foldable. Thick pages are not bendable at all. Keep in mind that the thickness of the pages will also impact the thickness and weight of the album as a whole. Thick pages give the book more of a "album" feel, whereas the thin pages will give the book more of a book weight and feel.
Is there a minimum or maximum album size design?
Our minimum album design size is 10 spreads (20 pages). There is no design maximum other than the limitations provided by the album company of your choice.
For printed Heirlooms, the maximum design size is 40 spreads (80 pages).
What's the difference between a SPREAD and a PAGE?
A spread consists of two pages. 10 spreads is 20 pages.
What is on a spread?
We choose the Classic Design Style for each Heirloom. All white backgrounds, no image borders, no overlapping images. Ranging from 1-14 images per spread. Clean design, perfect timeless album.
